Can the paint color be matched on my vehicle?
Yes, Today's modern factory finishes incorporate multiple layers of highly
specialized paints. We have made a major investment in the finest paint system
available and constantly upgrade its technology and equipment to ensure that each
vehicle's paint matches. We take special pride in our ability to match factory
finishes as the final step in the reconstruction process.
How do I know if my vehicle is a total loss?
A total loss occurs only when the cost of repairs exceeds a determined value by
the insurance company
Can I get an estimate on Saturday?
Estimates are available by appointment only on Saturdays between 9:00 AM and Noon. Please call us in advance at 605-886-2048 to schedule an appointment.
How do I know if my frame or Unibody structure is damaged?
In modern times, most vehicles do not have a standard frame but utilize a Unibody construction where the frame and body are combined into one structure. We are experts in diagnosing any structural damage, and with the experience and skill of our technicians, combined with our proven Chief EZ Liner machines, you can be assured your vehicle will be returned to its original factory specifications.
Can my car be repaired if the air bags are deployed?
Yes, the air bag systems in your vehicle are comprised of numerous components and are simply replaced with original factory air bag items.
How long will I be without my vehicle?
Each situation is different, however, we will do our very best to have the parts and materials ready in advance to give you a realistic target date.
Can I get a rental car?
Yes, if you require a rental car, we can schedule one to be ready for you when dropping your vehicle here for repairs.
What type of warranty will I have on the repairs?
We will warranty our repairs and workmanship for the as long as you own the repaired vehicle.
Will I have a deductible?
Unless you are a claimant, (the other driver’s fault) deductibles are determined by your insurance policy and if your policy dictates a deductible, you will pay the deductible to us when your vehicle is completed.
Will I need any special care or washing instructions?

Yes, the first 30 days wash the vehicle by hand with cool water and a very mild car wash solution using a soft cloth or sponge. Wash your vehicle in the shade.

Do not use a commercial car wash that uses stiff brushes or sponges, which could mar the finish and damage the surface.

Do not "dry wipe" your vehicle. Dry wiping can scratch the finish.

Do not drive on gravel roads. Chipping the finish is easily done in the first 30 days.

Avoid parking under trees and utility lines which are likely to attract birds. Bird droppings have a high acid content and will damage a freshly painted surface.

Tree sap can mar or spot a freshly painted surface.

Do not scrape ice or snow from the newly painted surface.

Do not wax or polish the vehicle. This will allow the finish to dry and harden completely.
